excellent stay!
great showerhandy car parkon-site breakfast
iain welcomed us and showed us to our room he even offered help with our luggage. the room was super clean and perfect for a couple of nights. the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. the 24 hr car park was a couple of minutes walk away it was really handy.
i missed breakfast being on site.

iain and linda are fantastic hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. the staff were friendly and helpful .

the room was spotlessly clean and very quiet it included a nice shower. a table and chairs were in the room it allowed me to sit and have a cuppa whilst watching tv. tea coffee and borders' biscuits were available in the rooms.

the location was good , putting me close to the train station.
the room felt really cramped. the lighting was insufficient . noise from the street and the bar was very intrusive , i found it difficult to relax.
